Hello All.... I went out and purchased today the OPI Shrek-tacular mini set. This is the first OPI mini set I've ever bought, because its the first time i liked all the colors. I think this collection is soo cute, fun, and colorful- great for summer. Though i have to complain i am becoming less and less of a fan of OPI. I just don't like the quality of the colors anymore... i mean they have some really great ones, but they are few and far between. And the colors in the bottles can be very deceiving to what actually shows up on your nails. Now I have to say that these minis were extremely hard to work with. The application brush is sooo freaking tiny... Essie minis aren't as small. Another reason i like Essie better than OPI.Fiercely Fiona - now for some reason i have been dying to paint my nails yellow. I have always hated yellow nail polish, but for some reason now i have the urge to wear bright colors. This wasn't exactly the yellow i was going for, but it is kinda interesting. I dunno how to describe this yellow lol...it's not banana, not sunshine, my guess would be lemongrass. It has a very slight green tinge. Who the Shrek Are You? - a fun grassy green. What's with the Cattitude? - a sky blue. And Rumple's Wiggin - a cool lavender. What i would have loved and I'm sure I'm not alone, but my fav character in Shrek is the Gingerbread Man, so it would have been awesome if they made a gingerbread colored nail polish. yes!
